I have a 1991 Honda Fourtrax 300fw. I ride up in Ashland, WI, where theres anything from mud to sand to pavement. The problem im having is when I ride in mud. If I go through mud I either have the throttle pinned in 3rd and the engine working REALLY hard or have the throttle pinned in 2nd and have the engine screaming. I am looking for a mid-point basically, I believe I can do this with tires. I have the orginal tires on the atv, there shot, im looking for a good all terrian tire that performs well in the mud also. Any recommendations or ideas?
