hi my first 250 r been bored 60 fmf pipes reeds and been jetted.
my question is it has a slight sputter probelm seems like its mostly round taking off but sometimes it will at high gears reving the bike in 4th or 5th it will sputter at high rmp.
chaged jets and moved needle clip all the way up it seemed to help a littl but might have just been me thinkg to much .. but it has uno filter on it and the lid is cut with a x in it now would this be restricting my air flow. can you run with no air box lid it seem to run better this way but i hate to get dirt in the engine..
or is this just the way 250r s are..
