Default 400ex Trailtech vapor

Well I bought one and I need some help getting it all hooked up. I got the speedo figured out but the tach and the heat sensor are killing me. How on earth do I get that copper thing down in the sparkplug hole? It will fit but then I cannot get the plug to thread into the head. On the tach I wired it into the coil wire but it seems to be reading double what I think it should be. Is there another way to hook it up? Thanks, Micah.

Well I hooked the temp sensor to the exhaust stud as I could not get the thing to fit into the sparkplug hole with the plug. As far as the Tach I still need some info.

On ours we just took the red wire for the tach and wraped the spark plug wire right above the spark plug boot. Then threw a little electrical tape to hold it in place. I believe they recommend 6 wraps and ours works excellent. Ya as far as heat sensor, we couldn't get ours to go on spark plug.

I should have added that if the tach is intermintently flashing or going out they said in the directions to go a couple more wraps, I belive they said you could go up to 12 wraps but the least the best.
