I have been an all out racer. I have owned a 450r for 2 years now. Its an amazing quad, lots of power, aftermarket everything. A few weeks ago I bought a 400ex and I like it so much the 450r has not left the garage. Prolly one of the best quads I have owned!

That's a great price. Makes me wonder if it's been abused.

will do, thx. just revving it in neutral would produce some blue smoke if there was a problem, right?

Yeah... some smelly oil smoke.

Sometimes if you get real close to the exhaust tip while looking around, you can catch the foul odor from where it has been doing it... even with the engine not running.

Also, go down a steep hill in a low gear with no throttle. Or just get it going, downshift one or 2 gears, let the clutch out, no throttle and look for smoke.
