Default 2007 Rincon

I am looking for the fuel injection diagram, for the 07 Rincon. I am trying to trace fuel lines.

I am getting a hissing noise and a small amount of fuel from the gas cap out the vent tube.

Hmm, I've heard of numerous reasons this can be happening on many different ATVs. It could be a venting issue, meaning that the breather hose could be getting pinched somewhere. I had a problem like that with my Foreman but it would vapor lock it, so I trimmed my breather hose by about 6 inches so it goes in just enough. As for the small amount of gas comming out of the breather hose, you could be filling the tank too full and causing it to get into the breather hose, I've heard of that happening too. Hope it helps.

Mine typically makes a perculating noise.

Tank of fuel on top of hot engine, getting shaken around gives off quite a bit of vapors.

Make sure the vent tube isn't kinked, but if it runs fine and doesn't give a big woosh when you open the fuel cap, I wouldn't worry about it.

If it bothers you, try a new gas cap.
