'87 trx125
#1
Hey guys,
I have a nice little 87 TRX125 that I've been riding around for a year or so, this thing she can take a beating, and is always good for laugh running after the 4x4s haha...
My front wheel bearing is completely gone, the wheel is all over the place and you can now here metal grinding etc...
I've had the thing into a couple places but each says the bearing is stuck on there...
I can't seem to get the front break drum off let alone get to the bearings, so I'm sure I must be missing something. Doesn't anyone have a shop manual with the steps to get the bearing replaced or have done the job themselves and have some advice?
Thanks in advance guys!

The brake drum should come off once the cotter pin and castle nut are removed .. Yours sounds like the distance collar is seized on the knuckle spindle , if your bearing/s are as bad as you discribe when it comes off the outer race will be in the brake drum and the inner race will be on the spindle which will need a little more work ..

Thanks for the info, I got that far but the drum just wont move. I think your right about the distance collar being seized. Guess I'll have to get a puller onto it and maybe some heat and see if I can get the thing to come lose.
