i got a 08 honda 420 es and today went to get it out of shed and wouldnt go into reverse. pushed out and rode shifts into all gears up and down but not reverse. i tried to shift it in manually and shifter moves in all gears except reverse. anyone have hints?

 

I think the ES has the same safety lockout as the FM?

If so, you push in the red button and squeeze the brake to enable reverse.
