Default Installing a new tensioner lifter on 05 Rubicon

What all is involved in installing a new tensioner lifter on a 2005 Rubicon? I assume I have to take the carb off to get to it. Anything else?

The cam chain tensioner on the Rubicon can be changed easy .. It is located under the exhaust header (on the left side of the engine) I use a 1/4'" drive 8mm swivel socket and a 14" extension ..

You just have to remove the plastic guard on the left side of the engine ..
