I Have a 2005 TRX 450r I put an alba pipe & K&N filter rejetted moved needle like the instructions said now it won't start . Any help with this thanks.

 

Hmm. I'd go back over everything to see what was missed. Make sure everything is sealed back up and clamps are on good. Shouldn't be problems with a pipe and rejet.

Jetting is more art than science! You rarely will get a perfect rejet from some "one size fits all" instructions that came with your pipe. You have to do it by riding the bike, and that takes lots of experience....so do some reading on the subject and get started....or have it done by an experienced pro.

 

Some obvious things I'm sure you've checked. Turn gas back on, gas in tank, make sure wires are on the coil(done this before without going near it), all wires plugged in on the carb.
