primer bulb

I think the carb primer diaphram is shot in my rancher.will these leak fuel all the time or only if you use it.This little pump is 80.00 new.

I believe they will cause the carb to overflow if they leak, whether you use it or not.

I have heard of these gaskets or the seal that connects to carb dring out and leaking at the primer button.
