Well guys Im back again...I have posted several threads on here asking for advice on which quad to buy. Well that is behind me now as I am the proud owner of a 1991 trx250x. I love the bike!!!! Now for my next question....does anyone know of any mods I should try first?? I am looking for mods that you have actually used, or seen in use....not advertisements please. I am considering an FMF pipe...any real world usage by anyone would be greatly appreciated. I am not going with a big bore kit yet...trying to wring the most from this bike first....Tahnks For The Help...

 

start whit a pipe and a k&n air filter and a jet kit

 

I agree with Slade with a pipe and a K&N Filter. My friend has a 92 with a Supertrapp Quiet Series 2 on it with a K&N. He just recieved it but he said the power increase isnt astonishing, but noticable and he likes it. Hope I helped.

K&N Air Filter
K&N Jet kit

After that get these:
Maxxis Razr's or Itp Holeshots
High performance webcam
High compression piston
