My 250X stalls out alot in deep water, I've never investigated it and don't know if it's sucking water or the electronics are getting wet...

But how does the 400EX hold up in water crossings or when riding down streams... does anyone know?

The 400ex is very waterproof as long as you keep your airbox lid on. I put 22 inch realitors (gives you 1 more inch of ground clearance) plus the tires rule and have been pretty deep. Couldnt tell you how deep ive been, maybe 6 inches ove the tire.

Also keep an eye on the fuses in the little fuse box right below the seat. I had two buddies that kept blowing fuses. It seemed water was getting into the fuse box connection.
