Default wrist pin 01 honda 250

i am looking to buy this bike but the guy told me the wrist pin snaped now i have the identical bike but my motor is screwed can i just swap wrist pins?

Not a good idea! usually when you change out a wrist pin you might as well put a new one in along with piston, rings and have the jug checked out. Not a good idea to put a used one in.

I would be more worried about the rod smallend ..?..Has it been checked and measured ..

im new to this so when u say the "rod smallend" im not sure what u mean but then the same guy has annother bike too that he wants to sell me but the motor needs a top end so what if i just put my top end on that one but he also said he did alot of mud boggin with that bike so is that a good idea either?
