About two weeks ago I blew up the bottom end in my 86 250r. Since then I have been looking for ideas of what to do with my dead quad. I thought I might just bore the top and stick a new crank and bearings in it. After some looking around its not what i want to do(i even considered buying a raptor!! somebody slap me!) I would like to go for a big bore, 330 w/powervalve sounded alright. I have talked to CT, Duncan, & LDR. I liked what I heard they seemed fairly streight forward with me. After some looking on the net I came across FTZ and saw the 400 monster
and I think it may be the motor for me. Has anyone had experience, with this motor builder before that could speak on there reputation. Aany input would be much appreciated.

I, personally, don't know of anyone that has used PSI for their motor, but I have seen for myself the great way that LRD has treated people and I know their motors kickbutt!
Check out MacDizzy also.
Your options for a 250R are only limited by your wallet!!!
