Default 400ex sputtering in wheeelies

have a 2007 ex that runs fine untill you pull up into a wheelie, then sputters after a couple seconds when on two wheels, just got the bike and wondering what to look for, does not matter how much fuel is in it, carb float cause any troubles?

Thanks

I not sure about your problem but i have a 2001 400ex and the engine wore out and i was told by a friend it was probably because i did a lot of wheelies he said they burn oil when their straight up in the air. You should check your oil after doing this because it could be true but i am not completely sure.

check all your breather vents from the carb, make sure that all of them are open, most of the time this problem is caused by clogged vents that causes it to flood.

thanks..have checked the vents and they seem ok, will pull the carb apart soon.. its been jetted for a yosh full system pipe and kN filter, 165 mains? this sound about right, seems a little rich, possible we need to go a tad leaner?

Check your float levels, might be fuel starvation when on two wheels.
