I just bought some burgard a arms which are +2 +1 can I still use the stock shocks. If I was going to get new ones what would be the cheapest and do I have to special order them cause the 2 and 1. Also does a 88 89 swingarm fit on a 86 or not

YOu can still use the stock shocks but you will bottom alot more! The extra leverage off long a-arms makes a BIG difference.

No you can't use the 88-89 swingarm on an 86 because the 86 had a rear motor mount braket that went through the middle of the swingarm and used the pivot bolt.

Yes you can put a 89 swingarm on the 86 frame. Just take out swingarm pivot piece. You will not a rear motor mount. We used to do this many years ago when we were switching parts from one frame to another to go run a GNCC race. Keep and eye on the front motor mounts.
