It makes sense that mods from the recon would work since they are almost the same bike. For example would a k&n filter and jet kit for the recon work on the sportrax250ex?

 

I saw on the Dynojet website that they have jet kits for both the Recon and the 250EX but the part #s are different. I think that might have something to do with the 250EX having that buffer plate in the carb and the Recon not having it. Or maybe it is just so you can get more juice out of the 250EX.

 

Ive looked everywhere for the dyno jet kit and k&n filter. I know that dyno makes the jet kit but no one sells it. It seems like ill have to wait a bit for some more parts to come out.
