13 is throttle position sensor, and 3 would be angle sensor, so I'd begin looking at those.

Default Still when warm

Ok guys I have a few friends to help with this, I asked them how many angle sensors had been sold and it was over 800 in August and I asked how many TP sensors sold and they said 30 so I did replace the angle sensor well, I let it idle till hot and when I went out. It had a code 13 flashing. I shut it down and turned key on hit up/down and got it in gear, I then rode a mile or so with no problems. Came home put it in N and did some other stuff 20 min and boom back to code 13 and it would not let me shift it I cleared codes and boom code 13 with key on. Do I really have a tp sensor bad or do I need to clean some more connectors? P.S. I sell Honda Car parts if you need a deal I will help. Oh I do not have a code 3 anymore!!!!!!!!!! I might want to add this, the problems started after a roll over and a 2 month sitting period.

For sure the first step would be to check the connections to make sure they are tight, clean and dry.

I'd also look for damaged wiring harness from the roll.

Do you have a service manual? If not, if you plan on keeping the quad for a significant length of time and you do your own work, I'd highly recommend one.

Default Getting some help

I am getting some help from Honda on my issue, the recall was done on my unit with the 1st update of (drilling some holes to let the water out) but mine has corrosion on the tps sensor side and has caused me to still have an issue. I went to a local dealer and they have offered me some help on the needed parts. I think Honda is a great company I own two 4 wheelers a 350 Rancher and a 500 foreman so I feel I will be a long time Honda owner.

I would like to see them make us a 680 Pilot based on the RZR made by that other brand. I will let you know when its fixed 100%.
