Default 91 Honda 250x HELP!!

picked up a 250x today.. runs good and everything just got a couple questions about it. is there anyway to adjust the clutch on it? it wont engage until almost all the way out? adjustment or time to replace the discs. and the front left tie rod has slop to it when i turn the wheel. what needs replaced on that? the bushing?. AND NOW FOR THE BIG PROBLEM!!... The rear axle those 2 allen screws that tighten down the axle the right on is broke off and the left one is really loose making the whole rear axle sloppy.. like i can pull it side to side real easy..is there anyway i can fix that easily? by drilling it out and putting a diff size in it? i really need some advice! im stuck in a hole now... if anyone has advice or answers to any of my questions help would be appreciated.... ill add a pic of it everything im talking about to make it easier

It's been years since I've messed with the old honda sporty's but if I remember correctly the clutch is adjustable via cable. If no more adjustment is available I'd say it's time for new clutches. The steering probably only needs a new tie rod end. (very easy fix) And on the rear end, you might be able to use an easy out on the bolts. I'd also check the carrier bearings (most bikes are pretty cheap to replace) I've seen alot of sloppy rear ends from the bearings being shot.
