i have a 2000 400ex that i pickedup 2 weeks ago to fixup,i need help on jet size for this thing.
this is what i will have on it this week-.020 11-1 piston,stock cam i think,t4 pro-circut exhaust has a k&n filter now but just bought a new uni filter,no airbox lid.

the carb has a 165 main jet now,will this work and be safe to fireup this new bore and piston rebuild on for first startup.

i would also like some feedback on airbox,i want an airbox lid back on this honda can anybody tell me what i need to do to get the lid back on this thing.
