I have an extra 1991 250x frame thats a complete rolling chassis. I want to make a drag quad with this frame . I have already built a 300ex with a 350x motor and 400ex A-arms and a 350x swing arm . The 350x swingarm is about an inch and a half longer than the 300ex . I want to make a drag quad with an extended swing arm and use my 350x motor .I will Just swap the motor when I drag race . I only go two or three times a year . How long would I need to make it ? I am not concerned with turning radius because I will only use it for drag racing . I can still stand my bike up in 2nd gear on take off with the 350x swing arm . I was thinking of going 4" to 6" but I was looking for more input . I want to be able to take off and not wheelie . Anybody extended a 300ex swing arm ? I was going to cut it and weld in some plate steel . I may also put a cr80 motor in the frame but I dont know if it will be powerful enough ? thanks in advance Ohio Bob
