Angry 300 ex chain tension?

I have a 2004 honda 300ex and have had alot of issues with the chain coming loose. I just replaced the carrier bearing which really needed to be done. It was an after market from east coast atv's, I bought it off ebay. I put greese into the fitting then continued to install it. No issues instaling it but took it for a ride and the chain came loose again. I dont know if I installed it wrong or what but any info you can provide would be greatly appericated. Thanks again and Happy New Year!!

IMO I would check the barrels inside of the links in chain to see if the barrels moves up and down... If okay then make an mark with an marker to case of carrier and swingarm to see if moving while riding..

Then may have to cut the pinch gap wider to aloud the pinch bolts to pinch closer together to hold still...
