I have a 2006 Honda 250 recon, I have fuel at the carb but fuel does not reach the bowl. I checked the filter where the fuel line enters the carb, it is clean. could it be a problem with the diaphram on top of the carb? I removed the carb and the bowl and cleaned them but did not help the problem.

 

We aboard!!! Have check float value assy.?[float needle] sounds like needle is stuck or fuel cap not venting.......
