I have an o4 forman rubi 500 and I want to put a snorkle on it but I don't know if I need to rejet the carb.. if so does anyone know were to get the kits because I can only find them for 05 and up.. and what's the difference between a foreman and a foreman rubicon?

 

Most kits use 2" PVC pipes so rejetting should not be needed. The Rubicon has a 499cc liguid cooled motor the Foreman is or was a air cooled 475cc. The Rubicon has a Fully automatic hydromechanical, continuously variable with electronic controls the Foreman is a 5 speed.

Do not forget about the front and rear diff vent lines have to be delt with. There are many How to do snorkel instructions online if you need advice.
