Maybe hot water, try hooking your hose to your kitchen tap. Maybe a hot water supply to a power washer but I,m not sure if hot water would wreck the power washer.

Try this -
Get it cleaned up good and make sure it is totally dry

Run motor until radiator is warm/hot

Spray top and bottom of fins with Pam or another non stick
cooking pan product.

Let radiator cool overnight

Not sure if this will work with clay - none where I live -
but it works with cow S$$T - and PLEASE - don't any of
you guys ask how I know !!!

Good luck, Senior

RV shops will have a product called a Tank Saver. It is intended to reach into the drain plug of an RV water heater and spray the scale out of it.

Basically it is a plastic tube/wand with a bend at the end, that attaches to a garden hose.

You can usually get to the back side of ATV radiators with one.
