Does any one have the curtis sparks pipe for their 400ex? How is it? can u make a wav file of it?

 

I know there is not alot of people that have this pipe. I wish I did but I believe at the time the Sparks didn't have one yet for the 400?? So that's why I went with the LRD!! I've heard the Sparks pipe is really loud but powerful!!! You can e-mail them for any questions you might have!! There website is www.sparksracing.com and you might be able to see it in there.

 

I have the sparks x-6 full exhaust with a spark aresstor.
yes it is very loud(even with the s.a. on)
yes you do get nice gains
however you will get huge gains with a cam and higher compression pistion.
I totally love the pipe, but I have one complaint... it is not very light.
maybe for the extra $100 you can get the yoshi full race ti pipe.

I also have a Sparks x6 full race w/o sa. It is by far the best pipe i have ever owned. The quality is first rate and its is good looking too. Ceramic coated, it cools down fast. It also fits closer to the motor than the stock pipe so you really don't need to have pipe gaurds.

 

I have a x-6 with a spark arrestor and it sounds almost like my white bros slip on with 14 discs in it. The pipe is great but I really had a chance to go out and rip into it except down my street. It is paved and residental and a little wet so when I banged 2nd gear the whole bike went sideways and I almost flipped it. It felt pretty strong though.
