ahh... ok i got ya now... yeah I don't think it's gonna be worth the trouble on a stock 250 ex but i'll mention it to my buddy.... Thanks anyways tho

 

well we finally got it dialed in to everything it's going to do with the mods that are on it. With using the moose dynojet jet kit we ended up using the needle set at 4th clip from the top, the 96 main jet, and the mixture screw about 2 1/4 turns out. we got a good bit more power out of it with the mix screw at almost 2 turns, but it popped the same as before the jet kit. It still pops a little when there's a sudden closing of the throttle, but it's almost gone and it's making good power. Thanks again everybody for all the help!
