I know i have seen some threads on this but i can't seem to find exactly what I need to hear or see..

On the axle on the right side of the disc there are 2 nuts one is a lock nut and the other a cap of some sort.. i noticed they are spun out a little bit because i can see some threads..

I've read some places that it's normal because that is part of the sleeve the axle slides into.. but i dont know for sure if someone could post a pic of what it should look like that would be sweet thanx guys.
