ive never had a hmf pipe but i have heard that you dont have to rejet with the lexx slip ons but im almost positive you will have to go up on your main jet with hmf pipes but i could be wrong , my lrd pipe is very similar to the hmf pipes and i had to rejet

just keep your stock pipe and jet to put back on it if something happens jetting isnt really that hard if you just put a pipe on it. if your motor is stock i would say 150-155 would be the jet you need

The whole point of aftermarket exhaust is to flow more air. Anytime you flow more air you MUST re-jet to supply the correct amount of fuel or you WILL be running lean.

You won't ruin the warranty unless your modifications are the cause of the breakdown. Adding an exhaust without rejetting WOULD cause such a breakdown. Anyways, those warranties aren't worth the paper they are written on unless you have a good dealer backing you up. I have an HMF system, you will need to rejet for it. Had a Lexx slip on for a while to, and also had to rejet for that one.
