Sorry I know the whole jetting horse has been beat to death. But I have an 05' 400ex I hear they are jetted very lean from the factory. All I have on the bike is a UNI air filter leaving the lid on. I live in KS so elevation pretty low 700-800ft maybe. Anyways my plug looks decently brown but it doesn't idle very well and it also back fires on deceleration I know the pilot could probably stand to go up, is there anyway I could take the main jet up a lil as well? Again sorry to seem like a newb but just curious any thoughts would be deeply appreciated and considered.
