Default Worth it?

I might be buying this quad tomorrow and I just don't know if it is worth it. Any opinions would be appreciated. Here is the ad:

1986 honda 350 fourtrax & extras

Here is what is says just in case the link does not work.

1986 350 honda four trax. Full time 4 wheel drive. Runs great, new battery. Aftermarket muffler thats kinda loud. Has a winch and includes an electric spreader, handlebar mittens, carryall and a camo cover. 2 brakes work one does not and left side tires have a slow leak. Plastics show their age.

What do you guys think? Should I offer lower or is it about right. Maybe just not a good deal all around?

Not a bad price, probably not much room to make any money on it if you were to try to resell it, might make a couple hundred on it if lucky. I sold a yfm225 awhile back for 700, so you never know!

Ok, I am a little worried about it being a 1986. Is that the first one made? Also the two tires have leaks so I would probably pay a maximum of $600. Would like to get it for about $500 though.

Not the first 4 wheeler for Honda, they made earlier versions, 200 and 250 fourtrax I think started in 84, they had some 125 and 70 fourtrax machines too back in the 84-85 range too. 500 would be a very good price, at least around here, I see the 200's for anywhere from 400-600, 250's made a lot more power and run 600-800, I don't see many 300 and 350's for sale locally, but I would guess them in the 800-1200 range if in decent shape. The Honda utility machines didn't have the greatest suspension or braking systems, but would run forever and were very reliable.
