rubicon shifting problems have replaced shift motor and angle sensor and found a loose harness at the ecm cant get codes erased but runs fine till it decides to act up coult the angle sensor have to be preloaded again? it has been in the water once since the replacement...ill be riding it park it and take off again and the display would start flashing till u turn key off and back on

 

my 2002 recon 250 (elec.shift) is showing a flashing first gear light (code) of three fast flashes pause three fast flashes. Bike won't respond to starter or electric shift unless I remove 30 fuse and replace. at that point everything works (starter/shifter) but once bike accelerates it quickly goes into fault with the code mentioned above. Any similar experiences?
