It the same as on the 300ex. I would go with supertrapp if i were u.

One for a 400ex won't bolt up. But one for a 300ex will.

Ya, it will require some modifying to install. I think they have one available for the 300ex, get that one it will bolt right up.

Now only if Pro Circuit will make a T4 for the 300ex.... Since i will be running XC this year, the TC exhaust will be too loud and have no spark arrestor.
