Just put on my pipe and had a hell of a time figuring out what to jet it at, finally got it to run right with a 165 main and 2 1/2 turns out on the mixture screw, it runs great does that mean that it is jetted right?

The only way to determine correct jetting is to run a test ride & plug read. Even identical bikes with identical modifications run at similar elevation will vary due to rider's styles.
If you aren't clear on how to run a test/plug read you can email me for a tutorial I've written on the subject with a photo of my plug to show proper color.
P.S. Another variable which you failed to mention is the number of discs you run in your silencer.
