honda 250 Four track

My neighbor has a honda 250 Four Trax machine and he was wondering how to get it reverse? Any suggestions ? Thanks ! Tom. Not sure what yr. it is.

Usually you push down on the red button mounted on the left brake lever, pull back the lever, hold it and push down on the foot shifter
