I love it! What a machine! This thing is definately a beast. I will never settle for less, I am now spoiled, and happy as all get out. Go honda!

Great Quad, had mine for a month now, but seriously consider upgrading the skid plates.

Glad you like the new ride. I love mine. It does a respectable job on the trails.
If you ever want to ride Wayne Nat'l. Forest in S.E. Ohio, Look me up. Later, Mike

Who offers skid plates for the 450s? I am fully capable of making my own, but id like to see what is offered.

Congrads, Beastly! You'll find the Foreman S a to a true brute of a machine! Have had mine for a few years and love it. If you need some ideas on your skid plate let me know, made mine out of a 3/16' 2'x4' sheet of alium., may be overkill on the thickness but the metal was free and you can beat it with a hammer and not phase it, took about 6 hours but was well worth it! Seemed to make a big difference in the mud also, good luck and have fun riden.

I made 3 skid plates my self all out of 1/4" aluminium plate, took the original front one off, used the top 2 original bolts and 2 "U" bolts towards the location of the other original bolts that come in towards the side, then another to protect the inner CV joints just a head of the original front diff plate, used "U" bolts here again, and then I extended the original engine skid plate (which is very thin) up to where the fram has a rounded crossmember, I used flat head carriage bolts here. They turned out really well and will definately help! If you want a picture I have a friend with a digital camera might see him on the weekend.
