Default 2005 stock rubicon tire size

I can get a really good deal on tires. Will I have any problems running 27/9/12 and 27/11/12 on a stock rubicon. Tires I got are carlisle black rock.

They would be on stock rims.

Any help asap

Thanks!

thanks yea not planning on adding a lift right now. Possible down the road. Will 27 cause any problems to trans or a ton of power loss?

Well depends on what type thread pattern,,If pattern is thick and deep your atv could show some lost in power,,,,If tire is very heavy could have power lost,,Just be an smart rider an let the atv tell you when to use low range.......

So went ahead and put them on no rubbing and the tires seemed pretty light. Just road it around the yard. Just read things that 27's could cause engine/tranny problems

yea i was really suprised on how much room i still had when i put the 27's on. I thought it would be a tighter fit. Seemed like when i had my foreman and put 26 mud rebels on it was much tighter

Are there any advantages of a 27 over 26? I mainly ride trails, mud, sand, rocks
