hondaboy5,
The Ohtsu, sometimes called the "Oater", is the original tire that came on the 250R's and were, and are now, used for racing by some because of their good traction and light weight. The weight advantage is due to their relatively thin sidewall, which is a drawback ir rocky terrain.

Ohtsu rules, there is an ad in dirt wheels,RONNIE'S,page77. may 2001 issue. These tires are awesome for trail riding. My opinion! I have razors on right now, haven't tried them on dirt yet(currently studded)
Only bad thing about ohtsu is the weak sidewalls. Whatever you get, don't go to a dealer, always more expensive.

The ohetsu (or however it is actually spelled!) tires are exceptionally good for a stock tire, My friend runs them on his warrior for road and trail riding (Isn't there a law somewhere forbidding that??!?! ) They hookup awsome for him in just about all terrains we encounter, Nothing exceptional in each area, just a good variety. I would be scared to run them full time on my banshee though, The tire spin seems to efficiently eat away at the front of the lug, and the thin sidewall is a definate no-no where I ride.
