I just got done adjusting the valves. Still the same thing. I put it at TDC. (I know it's true TDC cuz I put new woodruff key in and took valve cover of and adjusted cam lobes down and marks line up with cylinder wall. With the "close" marking down.) .004 and .005. Still doing same thing

I just re read your post. Your valves are adjusted properly .12 mm =.005 inches. I measure in inches you measure in mm, same thing.

With out jets. You could try to back the fuel air screw out and put the filter on.

I adjusted valves to spec at TDC. And still same. I've already put enough money into this machine. I just want it to run. It wants to so bad but it won't. Jet size shouldn't matter for it to fire and start. I have a 155 and 42 in now. It should crank up and be rideable but it's not. It's pissing me off. I have literally put blood and sweat in this thing. I just need a solution right now. All connections are clean. It's grounded good. Have maximum blue spark. Compression is great. Did leak down test and no leaks.

Yea, your right. With a 155 it should be running.

Have you tried to pour a small amount of gas or starter fluid in the spark plug hole?

If you pull the spark plug and spray just a quick burst of starter fluid put the plug back in and she runs for a few seconds. You have a carb problem.
