400ex tick

I have an 02 honda 400ex and I've noticed a tick in the bottom end I think it's on the left side. If it were the right side I'd assume cam chain but I'm 90% sure it left side can anyone help me?

Valves may need adjusting.

you need to open up the engine and tighten up that chain. It won't really have a poor affect on your 400. Is it only noticeable when it is idling?
