Honda Rubicon TRX500 Stalling.
Hello
i recently purchased a Honda Rubicon TRX500. from day 1 it has had stalling issues. the quad stalls after steep hills or in the mud. seems like any kind of throttle or work makes it stall. Run time makes no difference hot or cold it stalls. Took it to a quad rally and it was an all day issue. My Honda dealership had it for 2 weeks and said "nothing is wrong". anyone have this issue and/or ideas to fix it?
Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

Try running it with gas cap off and see if anything changes. Sounds like a gas ventilation problem maybe.
Happen to me on my Yamaha Big Bear. Turned out there more to a gas cap then I thought. There was springs and ball bearings in there that have to work to let the fuel system breath.
It would only run so long then suffocate itsself. Just loosening the gas cap made it run all day long though.
