Default can you change oil to much?

Iv heard many different views on oil changes. people who change it 1 time a year, people who change it every 3, all the way down to every other time they ride. Can you do any damage to changing your oil all the time? is it better or worse to change it a lot?

Manuals give you an estimated time to change oil, usually hours driven or in months the mfg suggests on changes. Everyone drives different. If it's a work machine, used daily probably wouldn't hurt to have quicker change intervals. If just used weekend, etc I'd go by the manual.
Plus depends on what type machine you have. Polaris Outlaw and Predator recommend 15 hr oil change intervals because they're race machines. Some that take these machines seriously may change them after every ride, but for the most part too frequent oil changes wont hurt the machine at all, but is a pain in the rear end right where the wallet is.
