I have a 2006 trx450r and I have a fully gusseted frame and I have had minimal issues with any sort of frame cracking or stress except I noticed a tiny crack recently. It is located on the bottom frame rail right where the lower a-arm is mounted. I could have caused this by having hit something extremely hard during a race but I don't really recall. Anyone else having the same issue?
