my honda big red dons't want to start... and every time i check the spark plug it is wet with oil...????

 

Plug could be just gas fouled and need replacing,plus check that you do have spark.Just start at the basics.Checking valve clearance along with a compression test should tell you a lot also.Compression I would guess should be at least 125 psi or so.
