me and a friend where looking at my stock a arms for my honda trx250r today. it looks like i could cut the top add in a 2" piece and weld it in. the bottom looks to be a little harder because the shock mounts fall in the way.
i was wondering has any one attempted this before? any feedback would be cool.

 

Don't ask me any specific questions cause i don't know but i guy that races where i race added a 2 inch piece to his a-arms. If i had to guess, probably the exact same way your talking about.
