Finally got swing arm pivot bolt out!

This is a thanks to all who posted suggestions. Thank you! Well let me tell you these hondas are built TOUGH! It took 4 hrs with a air chissel to move this thing about 3 inches. I finally took the entire rear end apart, just so I could get a torch in there. It had to be cut out piece by piece. Swing arm is good and the outer caps are ok, but I just ordered 53.00 bucks worth of collars and seals. Lesson learned here to keep that bolt greased. I'm going to pack the S$^! out of that thing now, and check it every 6 mo. or so. Once again thanks everyone!

We have been through this with a 300 Bayou. Its enough to make you stay out of the creeks aint it?

What was this on you were removing the swing arm bolt from?
