Has anyone here used the All Traks? I want a tire that's best for woods riding, some mud, good sidewall stiffness. I was planning on getting the Razrs, but the All Traks look like a better woods tire, not quite as track oriented. Any suggestions?

i got all-traks

sweet as tire.........good all round tire, wear well too

but only 2ply bit softer in the side walls

but i have never punched one or iflicted any damage

.....the cross country ATV racers run em......thats gotta say some thing (heavier bikes)

i can vouch for them......i also had sur traks right round my old 300 4x4.....they were great tires......hard wearing

Are they softer in the sidewalls than the stock tires? That's my only main complaint with the stockers really, the sidewalls are so mushy that they want to roll over in tight turns instead of power-slide, I'd like a tire that's a little less likely to tip me over sideways.

i can't compare with the stockers on a 400ex cause i have mine on a 250x

.....they are the same ply.(two ply).....if thats any use.....which actually is the same as my 18-11-8 turf tamers

compared to the stockers on my 250x, they are a squarer tire, bit stiffer, generally a better all round tire, great where ever you ride

if you are placing emphasis strongly on cornering and lack of grip the razrs might be the go

get some 4 plys.......

I have the all traks, and am pleased. They hook up so much better than the stock tires.( but mine were wore right down to the tire, almost no tread) It doesn't corner as good because of the 22" size, but I don't race or anything, so it is good that way.

These are heave for a 2 ply tire, but not too heavy. I feel there is less sidewall flex with these tires than the stock ones. they are better in the woods because you get more ground clearence, and better in the mud. I feel they are a good all purpose tire. you should also consider the bandits too. I did, but I could get these for $70 per tire, instead of $120 for a bandit (canadian prices)
