It is possible, somebody posted a pic of one last week on here.
How hard? I'm not sure because i've never done it.
Most people say its easy to do, but you'll have to buy everything to make it possible (front fenders, rear fenders, the hood/light assembly, the tank cover, the seat, and the side pieces. If you ask me i can't see why you would want to spend all of that cash just too "look" like a 400ex. I'd rather spend that money on making it as fast as one.
