Default 400ex with hot cam

I have an 02 400ex. I purchased a stage 2 hot cam and was wondering how the stock timing chain would do or if I would be good to go?

yes the stock timing chain will do. the stage 2 hot cam is intended for stock rockers valves and chain but i would be safe and not take their word for that and get a heavy duty cam chain

The cam chain is ok on it. As long as your chain isn't beat to death. Cam chains are a lot more durable than you think. Stick with what you got!
