Every time I try to get on, it takes forever! I am on a cable modem, and I don't remember it being this bad. Anyone else having the same problem? I know it's not my modem because every other site is fine.

 

Out T-1 has been tapped out since last Thursday. We're having it looked at and it should be fixed by Tuesday.

Yea, it be nice if they could pick-up the pace a little. This thing is like using a 486!

 

I've noticed that it has been very slow as well.

The problem is probably that Honda supplied the T-1 circuit. Kidding...

 

The problem is not that Honda provided the T1, the problem is that the Yamaha service dept. is supposed to be fixing it. HEHE

You are absolutely right!

It has gotten to the point where my computer "times out" and I have to re-initiate a Thread.

I also have a Cable Modem and have not experienced this delay on any other sites.

Yep, about a minute load time for every thread even with my DSL line

 

yeah but there are 17000 users

i remember not long ago the sit had 10000

soon the 'possible' server traffic could double

.....therefore the site is doing well

......i have a 56k modem and i use these forums on off peak times (i am half a day out in time zones).....i do notice the difference and what you mean.....but its still as quick as most local servers here, and this site is based half way round the world
